Namun  hal ini ditegaskan oleh OnePlus tidak akan terjadi pada OnePlus 5T.  CEO OnePlus, Pete Lau mengatakan bahwa konsumen akan tetap membayar harga yang sama untuk OnePlus 5T. 

 

Narasumber dari O2 menyebutkan bahwa  OnePlus 5T harganya tidak akan lebih mahal dari pendahulunya OnePlus 5.  Amazon India juga menyebutkan bahwa OnePlus 5T akan dibanderol dengan harga INR 32.999 alias senilai dengan Rp. 6,8 jutaan untuk varian pertama dengan RAM 6GB/ROM 64GB. Sedangkan untuk RAM 8GB/ROM 128GB harganya akan dipatok sebesar INR 37.999 atau setara dengan Rp. 7,8 jutaan. OnePlus 5T Pricing

A few days ago, OnePlus’ CEO, Pete Lau, tweeted that the cost of smartphone components is rising and also said that OnePlus users will appreciate what’s coming. Well, this was a clear hint that OnePlus 5T could be priced higher than the OnePlus 5. However, our trusted source has exclusively confirmed to TechDipper that OnePlus 5T will be priced same as OnePlus 5.

The above image is a leak that we got from our trusted source, clearly coincides with following part of Pete’s tweet “OnePlus users will appreciate what’s coming”. Looking at the image, the OnePlus 5T will come in two variant – 6GB RAM + 64GB storage and 8GB RAM + 128GB storage. The 6GB RAM variant is to be priced at Rs 32,999 in India (roughly about US$505), while the high-end 8GB RAM variant is to be priced at Rs 37,999 in India (roughly US$581) same as its predecessor OnePlus 5.

OnePlus introducing the OnePlus 5T, on top of that, at the same price, might cause dismay in OnePlus 5 customers, since they spend exactly the same amount to get a smaller screen and an older version of the phone. However, the future buyers will get more value for what they are going to pay.
